The content of the Site, including words and images, is owned either by The Bike Fitter (We / Us) or the brands/entities (Brands) represented on the Site. We and the Brands retain full copyright in our respective content. Users (individually, a "User") of the Site may also be referred to as You (and it's derivatives) and must accept these Terms and Conditions in order to use the Site.

Content on the Site, including words, sounds, still images and video, is a combination or original content created by Us, and content obtained from the Brands represented on this site. Each of the contributors to the content on this Site retain ownership of their respective content and full copyright in that content.
We do not claim ownership of content obtained from the Brands and are therefore, unable to grant permission to any other person or entity to use that content for any purpose. If you wish to use content created by the Brands, please contact them or their representatives directly.
We do claim ownership of content created by Us and can, therefore, grant permission to any other person or entity to use that content for an agreed purpose. We do not anticipate any specific hardware requirements in order to use the Site, other than those required to operate common web browsers, as the Site is entirely browser-based. Settlement of disputes
